My Automotive Background

I completed a formal 4-year automotive program and have spent over 25 years with my hands on vehicles. How engines work, suspension geometry, electrical systems, why things break, and how to fix them — that knowledge doesn’t expire.

I’ve owned around 30 vehicles across three countries — Poland, Germany, and the United States. Every single one was chosen the same way: what’s my budget, and what do I actually need? No brand loyalty. No ego. Just smart decisions with real money.

When it comes to vehicle safety and reliability data, I always reference NHTSA — the gold standard for US automotive safety information.

I live in Saint Augustine, Florida, with my wife Brandi — also known as LittleShrimp — who has listened to more car talk than any human being should ever have to endure. She is extremely patient.
